I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were super clean, with good breakfast and comfortable beds. Being in the front overlooking the trolley line was a nice touch, and not facing the main street added to the peaceful atmosphere. However, there was some noise from dragging furniture around the property at 2 am.
